5.5K out to the Liberty Memorial and back. Every pace. Route subject to change.
Friday morning at SEGD, before the first session, we run. From outside the Marriott lobby, down Wyandotte past the Kauffman Center to Union Station, up the hill to the Liberty Memorial for the skyline, and back the same way. 5.5K, two climbs, at whatever pace the group turns out to be. All runners welcome. The route is subject to change.
No sign-up. Meet outside the lobby at 7:00 and we leave together. We'll grab coffee after, and one runner goes home with a free bag of freshly roasted Puff Coffee, all the way from Portland, Oregon.
